Love the deep V and cables in this chunky knit vest.
Notes : The width sizing seemed a bit off with this pattern - even though I was close to gauge. Version 1 in Khaki hence the second version in the Rust. Both versions I slipped the first stitches for smooth edges.
For the largest size I shortened the length of the back piece and reduced the pattern repeats for the upper body (I did 7 instead of 9 in both sections). If I had knitted it as per pattern it would be a very deep V indeed.
This pattern did require some intuition for finishing and the attention for reading the charted pattern.
